ABOUT
Mandy has been working around Melbourne in the Fitness Industry for over 33 years and brings a wealth of information to her business. Mandy started her passion for exercise at the age of 8 playing competition softball and netball then later taking up cricket. She travelled around Victoria playing for local rep teams in her youth for all her chosen sports. Her interest in exercise continued into adulthood working at many premium gyms. Starting as a Fitness Instructor then teaching group exercise classes in the early 90's, when colourful lycra and leg warmers were all the rage.
Mandy's real passion is for Mindful training such as Pilates and Yoga, she has a holistic style of teaching which promotes physical conditioning and harmony for the mind and body. Mindful Fitness has been operating for the past 20 years with many success stories. From clients as young as 15 to clients in their 90's, she can adapt her training program to suit all demographics. In the past has ran very popular Women's Wellness Retreats with a vision of taking time out for yourself and meeting like-minded women.
Other passions in her life are hiking, gardening and weekly golf.
