MINDFUL FITNESS WEEKLY ZOOM CLASSES
This year marks 3 years teaching online. After working in gyms for over 34 years, I now love the convenience and simplicity of delivering my classes directly to you in the comfort of your home.
Each week I deliver a variety of classes to help improve your strength, posture, balance, mobility and much more, connecting mind and body. Why not join our online community to stay healthy and keep our bodies moving together.

Group Wellbeing Class Timetable
Monday 8.30am Pilates Mat Class
Wednesday 8.30am Strength and Tone - Band or light weights required
Friday 8.30am Stretch and Mobility
Classes are suitable for all levels with modifications shown to suit.
Cost of Classes are $15 each or $30 per week unlimited.
Classes will be available to view on demand through our members portal.
Description
All classes will have a mat Pilates feel with the emphasis on the following each week.
Pilates Mat class - Full body workout designed to improve your wellbeing from the inside out. Each class will include strength, balance and stretch exercises, with all levels catered for. You will come away feeling energized ready to start your day.
Strength and Tone Class - Class designed to tone and strengthen muscles with a variety of exercises incorporating an exercise band or weights. The focus will be on total body strength workout with levels that suit everyone. Each class will have a unique style from week to week, fun class that will help you improve your overall fitness.
Stretch and Mobility - Drawing on my yoga and Pilates training to combine a class incorporating stretching and mobilising moves designed to help improve flexibility and strength which enhances vitality and a sense of wellbeing. Well balanced class to make you feel good. Finishing with a Meditation.
You may like to have a cushion or pillow to sit on for some of the stretches if you have limited range in your hips.
