Mandy has been Personal Training for the past 31 years and has a passion for working with her clients to refine there practice of Pilates and general fitness goals. A one on one session with Mandy will be valuable to you. She will provide you with the knowledge skills, guidance and motivation that will help you achieve your goals whether it be increased fitness, strength or flexibility.
While Pilates and Yoga are brilliant exercise programs, they need to be incorporated with other exercise modalities to achieve an all over balance for your fitness. You need to include cardiovascular training for conditioning the heart and building stamina and also weight training to assist strengthening the body. Weights are in important part of training as it increases your metabolism and burns calories. It is important to have a fitness goal to strive for, commit your goals to paper and constantly envisage your goal physique in mind. Pictures and inspirational articles are a great motivator, especially when the going gets tough.
