I have recently participated in Mandy’s Golf Pilates classes during lockdown. They were extremely beneficial for my health and wellbeing. Mandy’s directions are very clear – they are well explained and she uses easy to understand anatomy language that make it so clear as to which area of our body we are working on, why we are doing each exercise, the physical reason for each one and the benefits of strengthening/stretching each muscle group.
The sessions are level appropriate, and Mandy clearly explains the options to advance or reduce each exercise depending on individual needs. She assures us that the golf specific stretches and exercises will improve our golfing performance once we eventually get back on the golf course! (We can surely dream this will happen 😊)
Mandy is such a professional operator. She ensures that all sessions are inclusive with her encouragement and guidance. And last but not least, the sessions are so much fun! Thank you Mandy.

Your classes have been great and I do feel a difference in my body. I have become so much more aware of my posture and core muscles. It’s amazing if you are aware of these two things and put them into practice you feel so much more confident in yourself. That may sound a bit silly but that’s how it feels. I do also feel much stronger and flexible in my body. Only hope it will reflect on my golf!!!
