Thank you for your interest in this wonderful weekend which has been developed to restore your natural energy, balance and wellbeing. This is a weekend of discovery, meeting like minded women and simply having time out. What makes this weekend special is that it is designed for you to do as much or as little as you would like. Set in picturesque Mt Eliza on the Mornington Peninsula and overlooking Port Phillip Bay is perfect for reconnecting with yourself.

Oh, where to begin? I had a fabulous time on the retreat, I've come home refreshed and enthusiastic about life. It's truly amazing what a little time out from the normal roles we play in life can do for us all. Congratulations to you Mandy, for a wonderful weekend enjoyed by all women. I myself was thoroughly exercised, inside and out, meditated, tai chi'd nurtured, well fed etc, and left on Sunday feeling at peace with myself and the world. Met some lovely people. Also, the room where we did most things had an amazing view which I loved. Can't wait for next year. Michelle

My wish list was to: Meet new people ( excellent that they were all from my area), Try Yoga, Pilates etc. (totally fun and not intimidating)Feel more energized.Let go of the past and focus on the future.Use the weekend as a start to a 'new me' and a healthier, happier me.
